Mission
File Workbench keeps common document tasks fast, understandable, and privacy-aware for people who need to send, upload, print, or archive files without turning a small task into a software project.
Approach
We prefer local browser processing where it works well and use temporary server processing only for workflows that need it. Tool pages explain the processing model, expected inputs and outputs, limits, and common failure reasons.
Content focus
Guides are written around practical office handoffs: invoices, scans, screenshots, email limits, upload portals, and text limits. We avoid publishing unrelated trend content just to grow page count.
Business model
The first version is funded by clearly labeled advertising, without disguising ads as download buttons or tool actions.
